Refunds and Exchanges

 

I hope once you receive your item you will love it. If you are unhappy with the item, please contact me immediately and we can figure out a solution or just return the item. Buyer pays for return shipping charges.

You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, most situations can be . We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of the items arriving back.  You will be notified once that happens.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world!  Most items ship via USPS.  Expedited shipping is available.

We generally ship most items with 3-5 days of your order, but in some cases, especially handmade items, it may take longer.  If you need something by a particular date, please contact me directly kelly@jewelryinbraille,com or 631-875-3558.

Usually this means a different material or a delay in shipping.  Usually less than a few day delay.  Because so many items in the shop are handmade, larger order may take a little longer.
